We know how important it is for your home to feel just right – and that includes choosing the perfect tiles. That’s why we offer a generous 100-day returns window to give you complete peace of mind. 

If your tiles aren’t quite what you hoped for, no problem. Just follow our simple returns process and we’ll arrange a full refund once the goods are back with us.

What Can Be Returned?

Returns are only accepted for full orders — we’re unable to refund partial returns or leftover tiles. All returned items must be in original, resalable condition.

How to Return Your Tiles?

1. Submit the Returns Form
Complete the returns request form below. We’ll email you a Returns Confirmation with our warehouse address and a reference number.

2. Send the Tiles Back
Return your complete order to our warehouse within 100 days of receiving it. Please attach the Returns Confirmation to all pallets or parcels so we can match them to your order.

3. Refund Processing
Once your return has been inspected and confirmed to be in good condition, we’ll issue a full refund. Please allow up to 10 working days for the funds to appear in your account.

Preparing your return

You’ll need to arrange and pay for the return shipping. Because tiles are heavy and delicate, we recommend using a professional pallet courier and, if possible, the same pallet used for delivery.

For safe transport, make sure the tiles are securely wrapped and strapped. It’s also a good idea to photograph the pallet before it leaves, as proof of condition in case of damage during transit.

Don’t forget to clearly attach the Returns Confirmation form to the pallet to help our team process your return efficiently.

FAQs

What does resalable condition mean?

Tiles must be returned in perfect condition, in their original sealed boxes. We can’t accept tiles that are loose, damaged, or returned in opened packaging. However, you’re welcome to open a box or two to inspect your tiles before deciding to keep them.

Why can’t I return leftover tiles or part of an order?

Because tile batches change regularly, we’re unable to accept partial returns — they may not match current stock and therefore can’t be resold.

We also promote sustainability wherever possible. Holding onto spare tiles means you'll have matching stock on hand for future repairs. Alternatively, unused tiles can often be donated or resold through local platforms like Facebook Marketplace or Gumtree.

Will I receive a full refund?

Yes — as long as your return arrives complete and undamaged, we’ll refund your entire order. To avoid issues, we recommend taking clear photos of your return before it’s collected by your courier.
